From this question, Civil Words APS was born: an association that uses theater and the performing arts as tools for dialogue, awareness, and social transformation.

For us, art is not just entertainment, but a universal language capable of sparking reflection, giving voice to what often goes unheard, and building more inclusive and supportive communities.

Through performances, workshops, courses, and educational projects, we address civil, humanitarian, and social issues, fostering empathy and a sense of participation. We collaborate with schools, associations, and local organizations to make art accessible to all and create support networks that amplify the impact of our interventions.

Behind Civil Words is a community of artists, actors, educators and volunteers united by the same vision: to make art a common good, capable of generating cultural change and keeping our humanity alive.
